This Privacy Policy explains how 9Lust (the "Site") handles information, in accordance with Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).

1. Information We Collect

• Email address — collected only at checkout, to send your purchase confirmation and a recovery link so you can restore access later (e.g., after switching devices or clearing your browser).
• Access cookie — a cookie on your browser records which purchases you've unlocked, so paid content stays accessible to you without needing a password.
• Local device storage — likes and favorites are saved only in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers.

We do not require account registration, and we do not collect your name, address, or any data beyond what's listed above.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed entirely by a third-party checkout provider (using Stripe and/or PayPal). We never receive or store your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used solely to confirm your purchase and, if needed, to send a one-time link to restore your access. We do not use it for marketing and do not sell or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to process your payment.

4. Data Retention

Purchase records are kept for as long as necessary to honor your access to what you bought. You may request deletion of your email address from our records at any time (see Section 6), though this will also remove your ability to recover access via that email.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use one functional cookie (access control) and your browser's local storage (likes/favorites) — no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights (LGPD)

Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation of what data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, contact compliance@9lust.cc.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is restricted to adults (18+) and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
